ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP Shame is the birthplace of perfectionism. We will learn how to engage with the world from a place of worthiness. Moving from what people think to, “I’m imperfect” and “I am enough” through courage, compassion and connection. We will rumble with shame, comparison, perfectionism and how it operates in our BFRB life. Understanding these concepts on a deeper level and recognizing the armor we carry around everyday moves us towards our truth and a place of worthiness. I wholeheartedly believe what we are experiencing at our core is the way out of fear, which is the way out of isolation, which holds the key to courage. Often times we need to be brave and afraid at the same time. Show up and be seen with me. I welcome you. You may participate as little or as much as you feel comfortable in this course.
