It can be hard to focus on ourselves and practice self-care when there is so much uncertainty in the world. In this four-week course, Chaille DeFaria guides participants through interactive discussions about the interconnectedness of boundaries, self-compassion, gratitude, finding joy, hearing and healing yourself, exploring creativity, practicing calm, setting expectations, and building a bigger toolkit to help yourself now, and in the future, too.
